Full-service interior design
We provide personalized interior design services for clients who need their ideas translated into design drawings, enabling their builders or contractors to execute their vision.
This service includes initial site visits, concept drawings, detailed drawings, and project management.
The process
01 Initial site visit and design proposal - Investment: $150
Our first site meeting is a fantastic opportunity to understand your needs, vision, and budget. The fee includes all the logistical arrangements for a site visit within 50km of Nairobi, along with an initial concept plan and scope of work.
02 Concept and detail drawings
Once the scope of work and design fees are approved, and a retainer is received, we will begin creating detailed drawings as outlined in the scope of work and the signed contract. We may present the drawings in phases for larger projects as the construction work advances.
At this point, we'd be happy to tweak or revise the drawings if needed, ensuring the design perfectly matches your vision!
03 Project management
The design fees also include scheduled site visits to monitor the contractor's progress and address any site issues that may arise. After the project is completed and commissioned, we would like to arrange a day to photograph the finished project for our design portfolio.

The process
01 Site Visit and Consultation $150
We'll begin with a site meeting to establish the scope of work required and discuss your needs and desires for the project. We'll then develop a design proposal outlining everything we discussed, and a budget tailored for your project. Once we're both happy with the proposal, we'll start bringing your project to life with the design phase.
02 Design phase and presentation
During the design phase, we let our creativity come up with design ideas based on your needs and vision. We also make sure to be flexible, making adjustments and considering new ideas to create a design that truly reflects your vision. Since construction is part of the process, we consult with our contractors to figure out what's possible and how much it will cost.
03 Implementation
Once you are happy with the final plan and estimated budget, we can then proceed to the implementation stage.
We'll coordinate with our contractors and suppliers to ensure the construction goes well and meets high standards. We take care of the little details so you can enjoy the transformation.
With the project finished and everything looks great, we'd appreciate a day to take some photos to show off our work.
