What is experiential design?
Experiential design focuses on how people experience space — emotionally, culturally, psychologically, and functionally — not just how it looks. It considers spatial flow, sensory responses to our environments, and how design supports our everyday lives. 

Is this process virtual?
Yes. The consultancy is delivered fully online, and all calls and deliverables are digital. However, if are in Kenya, we can schedule a physical meeting at your site.

How do I know which tier is right for me?

  • Choose Experiential Design Discovery if you want clarity on your unique design identity and actionable next steps without full implementation support.

  • Choose Design Transformation Experience if you’re ready for a comprehensive design plan with visuals, schedules, and ongoing guidance through implementation.
    You can also begin with Discovery and upgrade later! 

How long does each consultancy service take?

  • Tier 1 Discovery: Typically completed within 4–6 weeks, including assessment, call, and deliverables.

  • Tier 2 Transformation: The structured process generally flows over 6–12 weeks, depending on scheduling and client availability.

What can I expect from the assessment?
The 25-question assessment is designed to help uncover your design psychology profile by exploring how you respond to space, routines, sensory preferences, and lifestyle influences. The results inform your personalised design language. 

What format will the deliverables be in?
You receive your Experiential Design Profile and curated mood boards as digital files, usually PDF or slide format, delivered via email or shared folder.

Can I use the Discovery results without pursuing Tier 2?
Yes. The Discovery experience is designed to give you clarity and confidence to make design decisions on your own.

What is the difference between Tier 2 and hiring a traditional designer?
Tier 2 goes beyond surface aesthetics. You get a cultural and experiential analysis, 3D visualisations, detailed drawings, a phased implementation plan, and ongoing guidance to help the design work for your lifestyle. 

How do I pay?
Payments are handled through the Buy Me A Coffee platform. Pricing is:

Do you offer payment plans?
Please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp if you’d like to inquire about payment plan options.

Is tax included in the listed prices?
Prices listed are service fees and may not include taxes depending on your region and payment platform. 

What happens after I book?

  1. You will be redirected to the meeting booking page where you will book a Google Meet slot for your meeting at your most convenient date and time. 
  2. You will then receive a meeting confirmation email and there after an email with a link to the assessment questionnaire.
  3. Begin the design process.

Can I reschedule a call?
Yes, we ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a scheduled call.

Will I work directly with the designer?
Yes, all calls, feedback, and deliverables come directly from me. 

Do you offer ongoing design support beyond Tier 2?
Yes. I offer additional consulting through community access options and my weekly newsletter for clients who want continued guidance as their space evolves.
